The Commissioner for Youths and Sports Development in Sokoto, Alhaji Musa Ausa, said the state government had concluded plans to construct a new Stadium in Sokoto township to enhance sports development.
Ausa told the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) on Friday in Sokoto that “the present
administration in Sokoto is fully committed to ensuring the general reforms of sporting activities in the state.
“So, we will ensure that no sector of sports is left behind to encourage our teeming youths to become more productive and useful in sports participation,” Ausa said.
