The Sierra Leone FA president Isha Johansen and other officials of the organisation fulfilled their bail conditions on Wednesday and have been released from custody.
Johansen, vice president Brima Kamara and secretary general Christopher Kamara were arrested
last week as part of an investigation into corruption by the Anti-Corruption Committee (ACC).
The three officials were arrested after they failed to turn up for a hearing set up by the ACC for September 7.
“We are investigating funds SLFA received from FIFA, the Confederation of African Football and the government of Sierra Leone as we have the mandate to do so,” ACC official Patrick Sandy said upon the trio’s arrest last week.
Johansen spent one night in police custody, while Brima Kamara was detained for two days and Christopher Kamara for a week
